IS TAIMANA BOUTIQUE CRUELTY FREE?

Of course. We are proud to be cruelty free, no animal products are used and we do not test on animals. This is why we have chosen not to create and sell Mink Lashes. We sell Faux mink lashes which is silk. 

WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?

Please note that we are located in Western Australia. On the odd occasion Auspost fails to update tracking which is frustrating but out of our control. If this happens with your package please call auspost with your tracking number to assist you. You can call 137678 From Australia or +61388479045 from Overseas. Please double check that you have entered your email correctly when checking out or you won't receive shipping notifications. Shipping times are listed under our shipping policy.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED? 

We are located in Western Australia. All of your orders are packed, processed and shipped from WA - so if you are over east, please allow a few days for shipping.

 I HAVE SENT A DM ON INSTAGRAM WITH NO REPLY?

We do not except order enquiries via instagram or facebook, only Email. This is for a few reasons. First being that it is impossible to keep track of customer enquiries via social media. Secondly we receive hundreds of DMs every day and customer enquiries can get buried very quickly. Also Instagram has a history of conversation histories disappearing, social media isn’t a reliable way to track order conversations. Always email customer enquiries with your order number. We do ask that you first read the product pages and the information on the website first.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY 

 

We currently ship Australia, New Zealand, USA, Tonga and Samoa.

 

CAN I GET A REFUND?

Refunds are subject to our approval with all factors taken into consideration. If your product arrives faulty please contact customer service immediately so we can access the situation. You will be asked to provide photos and further information. Every situation is different so you may be asked to return the product at your own expense before we can issue a refund. If refunds are approved it will be with a store credit. 

In the majority of cases We do not allow returns for hygiene reasons. 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders can not be cancelled once they are placed as they will already be processed through our system so please choose carefully. 

LASH INFO & CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Taimana Boutique lashes are hand made so please treat with care. As every lash is made by hand please expect slight variances. 

remove lashes with care from the tray, Faux Mink are a little harder to remove than natural lashes, remove gently. 

Our Natural lash collection can be worn 5-10 times depending on care & cleaning. Our Silk Lash collection can be worn Upto and Over 20 times. 

 

LATEX

 our lashes are lightly stuck to the package with a small amount of Latex glue. If you have a latex allergy or concern, Please remove at your discretion and then apply lashes with a latex free glue.  

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED?

Our note books, business cards, tissue paper and Info cards are produced In Australia. Our Compostable Mailers are from New Zealand. Our Jewellery & Lash Manufacturers are located in China. Our dream as we continue to grow is to manufacture our products here in Australia eventually. This all takes time but every day is a step closer to this goal.
